How much time will you take to deliver?
The delivery time is usually within 8 working days but if the stock is being made, as with the lapel pins, the time can be increased upto 12 working days. Custom orders take longer, depending on the number of pieces and the deisgn.
Do you customize?
Yes, we do offer customizations in almost all aspects. Feel free to contact our Instagram accounts or WhatsApp number to discuss the type of customization you require.
Why do custom orders charge so much?
Custom order means something that is made entirely for you and it needs extra time, work and discussions. Charges are decreased for the greater quantity orders because bulk makes the process more reliable and economical for the team.
Do you take both 2D & 3D orders for the lapel pins and sets?
We take only 2D orders for the pins if the quantity is less than 50. The 3D pins are impossible for any factory worker to make as a single piece because they are made via a die mold, that too is quite expensive.
Sets are made only in 3D form, as the 2D effect is not quite charming as the 3D ones.
What fabric do you use for the Ascots and Cravats?
We use Satin Silk, Jacuard Silk and Printed Silk fabrics. They are soft, shiny, luxurious and locally made for you to be as reasonable as possible.
What are the ties made of?
The fabric for the ties is Silk or Polyester. No other fabric is used. We try making it entirely of one material so the quality is not compromised.
Is everything actually Local?
YES, we are 100% Pakistan-based brand. We have made quite an effort to bring out the best versions of locally made products in support of our local workers, suppliers, and our current economic status. Local means Reasonable!
How can i apply for discounts?
There are no discount coupons or vouchers. We have made the prices quite reasonable but we do have Sale off and on to help you grab your favorites. You can look for the SALE category to get items in less prices.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we have applied Free Shipping to order price of Rs.1999/- and above. All orders below the price quoted will be charged as Rs.200/- standard Shipping.
Shipping is not free for bulk orders, as the weight of metal is considered while packing.
How can i cancel my order?
You cannot cancel the order if the process has already started. We would recommend you to contact the team via WhatsApp in case of any issues to help you out.
How can i return a product?
We don’t offer returns. If you do not like our product, please feel free to contact and get it exchanged from other items in that cost within 14 days of purchase.
How can I exchange a product?
We do offer exchange of items in case you are not satisfied within 14 days of purchase. The items should be unused, tagged, unwashed and sent with the original invoice. You can get the new item from any of our products inexchange but we DO NOT MAKE A CASH REFUND.
The courier charges will have to be paid by the customer (while sending and receiving the parcel for exchange of items)
